SHIPPING AND DELIVERY POLICY
At Tribelle, we aim to make your shopping experience smooth and reliable.
SHIPPING METHOD
We offer free shipping across India via India Post Speed Post.
Once your order is shipped, the tracking details will be shared so you can follow the delivery of your package.
COURIER OPTION
If you would prefer your order to be shipped through a private courier service such as DTDC, you are welcome to choose that option. Simply email us after placing your order and share your order number. We will arrange shipment through DTDC, and the courier charges will be payable by you as per actual rates.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically shipped within 1–3 working days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and the service used.
RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
We take great care to ensure that every piece sent from Tribelle is in good condition.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Since each item is carefully inspected before dispatch, we are generally unable to offer returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.
DAMAGED ITEMS
In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged during transit, we will be happy to assist with a refund. To help us review the issue, please share a clear unboxing video showing the sealed package being opened and the condition of the item. This helps us verify transit-related damage and process the request smoothly.
PRODUCT APPEARANCE
We do our best to represent our products accurately. However, colours may vary slightly due to lighting during photography or differences in screen settings.
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
For best care, dry cleaning is recommended. If dry cleaning is not possible, gentle hand washing with mild detergent is a suitable alternative.
Please avoid machine washing and prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, as this may affect the fabric and colours.
Store the garment in a cool, dry place, and allow it to air out occasionally to help maintain its freshness.
As many of our textiles are handwoven, slight irregularities may be present.
